The Zimm Twins will celebrate their first Thanksgiving tomorrow. They are both eating everything they can get their hands on. We have had some fun with the baby food, some in the hair, up the nose & on the eyes. Kate seems to like to try to eat paper, but Granddaddy has a keen eye and does a good job of stopping her!
The Zimm Twins had their 8 month pictures taken today, just a few days before their 8 month birthday.
Last weekend we took Doug to see Dr. Raine because he just wasn't acting normal. While we were there, the Zimm Twins had their 'unofficial' 8 month weigh in.
Doug 18 lbs. 15 oz.
Kate 18 lbs. 3 oz.
Doug seems to be much better, but the Dr. discovered Doug has 'ulcers on the back of this throat'. The Dr. said, "not to worry, but that Master Douglas was suffering from a sore throat that hurt like the devil". ~ Despite Doug's sore throat, he seems to really enjoy jumping in this new "jump a roo". Doug will jump for long periods of time, which makes him laugh at himself. When he finally is finished, he tends to sleep very well!!!! Kate on the other hand still enjoys time in the excersaucer and trying to find tags to chew on.
