The Zimm Twins met Santa for the first time last night. They both did so well. Mom was afraid the twins would cry, but once again the Zimm Twins proved Mom wrong. What champs they were. Not afraid of the man in the red suit!!!
It was a quick meeting, but Doug & Kate both were very interested in Santa's hair and glasses. Glasses seem to be the Zimm Twins newest discovery.
Santa slipped Mom a note that said Doug & Kate have shown their first signs of 'sharing'. They both share the same Christmas wish this year: a new engine for Granddaddy's boat! Santa let Mom know that he promised the Zimm Twins their First Christmas wish would be granted... anything the Zimm Twins want, the Zimm Twins get!!!! Thanks Santa!!!!!
The Zimm Twins told Santa that they are not allowed to stay up and waiting for him on Christmas Eve. However, as a compromise, they promise to wake up periodically during the night to try and sneak a peek at Santa coming down the chimney... more stories to come, after Christmas.
