Memorial Day Weekend

The Zimm Twins had a great Memorial Day Weekend 2009. The holiday weekend began with a drive to Austin on Friday. Friday evening, the Zimm Twins attended cousin Jayla's Graduation Party from the University of Texas. It was great for the Zimm Twins to see the Peterson clan from Houston and to spend time with Jayla and Alissa again. Congratulations Jayla!
Saturday morning, the Zimm Twins headed south to San Marcos to the outlet malls. Once again, the Zimm Twins were real champs for shopping all day... they even were positive influences on Granddaddy and Daddy!!!
Sunday morning, the Zimm Twins took their first trip to the Capital of Texas building. Unfortunately, this trip was during morning nap time and the Zimm Twins were so impressed with the Capital building... they slept right through it all!!!!
Daddy had a good time shopping at the University Co-Op, where he bought his Zimm Twins very cute outfits to wear and support the Longhorns this summer.
Monday was a nice day to sleep in... all the way to 7:15am. After the Zimm Twin tornado blew through the living room, and a quick lunch at Chick-fil-A; the Zimm Twins enjoyed a bar-b-q at their Grandparents for dinner.
Overall, it was a nice Memorial Day Weekend... one that Mom forgot to take pictures!
