The Zimm Twins are enrolled at the Park Row Children Center on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Thus far, the Twins have been doing very well in the learning setting and also able to play with other children.
In the Toddler Class, there are 2 boys and 5 girls. It was reported that Tuesdsay, October 6th, Doug was playing at one end of the 'big room' and Kate was playing at the other end with a toy. One of the other children in the class ran over and took the toy away from Kate. Having witnessed this, Doug, being the good little brother, stopped what he was doing, ran over to rescue his sister and immediately 'hit' the other child in the forehead with the toy hammer.
Mom and Dad do no advocate hitting or violence, but we must say, we were happy to hear that Doug is already on the lookout and protecting his sister!!!!
