Happy Valentines Day 2010! The Zimm Twins had a very active day.
First, when the Zimm Twins arrived at Sunday School, they wanted to try to ride the 'baby horse'. The only problem, they don't fit!!! Mom had to take these pictures of the Zimm Twins with one leg in the 'baby horse' and one leg out. They managed to ride the horse, despite not being properly situated!
Next, the Zimm Twins chose to dress themselves for afternoon play at their Grandparents house. (Daddy had to go to the Cowboy Stadium to work the NBA All-Star Game & Mommy helped Grandmommy cook.) Doug did a great job of dressing... but for Kate... when Mommy told her to put on her shoes and socks, she went to Mommy's sock drawer. She choose a old pair of 'no skid' Totes socks. When Kate put these on, it looked like old fashion Leg Warmers!!! Kate knew Mommy & Daddy were children of the '80's, but she doesn't have to dress like them!!! Watchout, Kate will start dancing and ripping her shirt off one shoulder soon!
The Zimm Twins had KFC Mac-n-cheese for an afternoon snack. No more highchairs or booster seats for these kids, they are Big Kids Now. They did a great job of sitting at Grandmommy & Granddaddy's kitchen table and using a fork (most of the time). When they ran out, they nicely asked, "mooore, mooore". Mom just thought they were cute pictures to share!
